LIVE PLANTS: If a plant arrives in less than perfect condition (dies and/or breaks during transit), please contact us within 24-hours of your order being delivered and we will issue a refund of the cost of the plant. Shipping costs are pre-determined and processed by USPS; therefore, we cannot refund you that portion of your order.

  • Not responsible for stolen packages once its delivered.

  • Not held responsible for plants that die under your care.

  • No replacements.

  • No refund on the cost of shipping.

  • No warranties.

FRESH CUT HERBS ONLY: Due to the shipping duration, herbs may arrive slightly wilted. Simply douse in cold water and allow a few minutes for the herbs to rehydrate. If your fresh herbs arrive unsavable and/or rotten, please contact us within 24-hours of your order being delivered and we will issue a refund of the cost of the herbs. Shipping costs are pre-determined and processed by USPS; therefore, we cannot refund you that portion of your order.

DRIED HERBS ONLY: All dried herb sales are final. No refunds or exchanges may be made.

Shipment schedule

Orders are packaged and sent out in the order they are received.

LIVE PLANTS AND FRESH CUT HERBS ONLY: We only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. If there are high volume of orders, we’ll continue to ship throughout the week. Cutoff time to order AND have it sent out the same week is 9:00pm Sundays, CST. All orders received after our cutoff time will not be packaged and sent out until the following week. Please ensure that you input the correct address when placing your order.

Unless otherwise noted, all of our plant products are live and rooted. Each plant comes in their own individual starter pot and will require transplant by the buyer. Every plant that we ship is between 3-8 inches in height, from soil up. Some plants may arrive trimmed, to allow for shipping purposes.
